Account Questions:

Q. Is your website legit?
A. Yes. Our website is completely legit. We are paid by our advertisers for offers that you completed. We use that money to pay for your free gift! We will send all promised money and gifts. We will never scam anyone.

Q. Can I have more than one account at your site?
A. No. Only 1 account is allowed per person or shipping address. A person may not have more than 1 account, even if they provide different shipping addresses. If a person is suspected of having more than one account, all suspicious accounts will be placed on hold. A household includes your mailing address and may include your IP address. Joining our website using a shared computer such as those found at school, place of business, or public location is not advisable as this may result in you having the same IP address as other users which may lead to disqualification. We suggest that you use your own personal computer to signup.

Q. Can I complete the same offer more than once?
A. No. Q. Will I receive spam from you?
A. No. We take our spam policy very seriously and will never sell your information or send you spam.

Q. Is there a deadline that I must complete all of my referrals?
A. No. There are no deadlines to complete all of your referrals or to get the minimum amount required to cash out your account. You have an entire life time to complete your referrals and to get the minimum amount required to cash out. If for some unforseen circumstances that this site goes down in the future, which we see as very unlikely, we will paid you something like $8 for each referrals that you have completed. If you are signing up offers to earn money, we may give you a little bit more time to get the required amount to cash out your account. If you cannot get the required amount to cash out or this site is need to be shut down immediately then all of your earnings that does not met the required amount to cash out are forfeited.

Q. Can I cancel or deplete my account?
A. No. A user may not cancel or deplete his or her account. If a user no longer wishes to remain a part of this site, the user should simply cease to access his or her account. We do not allow a user to deplete his or her account due to security reasons. If we allow a user to deplete his or her account, then that user may try to fraud our system by signing up with our site again without us ever knowing about it.

Q. Can I join if I am not living in the United States?
A. No. At this point, we only accept accounts from United States,Canada and UK residents. We may expand our website and accept users from other countries in the future.

Q. Can I signup with a PO Box as my address?
A. No. All addresses must be physical addresses. Gifts may not be shipped to PO Boxes.

Q. What should I do if I completed an offer and never received credit?
A. Please make sure you have followed the instructions correctly and waited the required amount of time to receive credit. Some offers can take up to 4 weeks to receive credit. If you believe that you have completed an offer correctly, please open a support ticket and we will try to give you credit for that offer after verifying with the affiliate. Some common reasons for not receiving credit for completing an offer are completing the same offer more than once, providing false information when completing the offer, or cancelled the offer immediately after signup. All of these are considered as fraud and are strictly against our and our affiliates policies. Cookies must be enabled so we can track your offer completion. We recommend you set the privacy level to medium or to accept all cookies.

Q. Why are some offers are considered as a full, 1/2, or 1 credits / points?
A. The amount of money affiliates pay us when you complete an offer varies from offers to offers. For offers that affiliates pay us a lot of money, those offers are considered as a full credit. For offers that affiliates pay us little money, those offers are considered as 1/2 or 1 credit. We do this to make sure we earn enough money to cover your free gift.

Q. How long before I get credit for my offer completion?
A. We update our data daily to give you and your referrals credits. We will give you and your referral credits as soon as our affiliates report to us that you or your referrals have completed an offer. Please make sure you waited the required amount of time to receive credits. Sometime an affiliate may take up to 4 weeks to report to us that you have completed an offer.

Q. Can I transfer referrals or change who I sign up under?
A. No. You cannot transfer referrals from one account to another or change who you sign up under.

Q. Can I refer someone living with me?
A. No. We only allow one account per household. Please make sure that you do not have more than one account as this is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in your account put on hold.

Q. I have a hard time getting referrals, can you teach me how to get referrals?
A. Getting referrals are easy. The easiest way to get referrals is by giving your referral link to your friends, relatives, co-workers or anyone you can think of. The second way to get referral is by posting your referral link on forums or newsgroups. You can also take a look at our " how to promote"section http://mybabyrewards.com/howtopromote.php

Q. How do I check the status of my and my referrals offer completions?
A. You can check the status of yours and your referrals offer completions by login your account then click on the "Account Status" link. We update our data daily to give you and your referral credits. We will give you and your referral credits as soon as our affiliates report to us that you or your referrals have completed an offer. Please make sure you waited the required amount of time to receive credits. Sometime an affiliate may take up to 4 weeks to report to us that you have completed an offer.

Q. When I will get paid?
A. Your payment will be sent on the 20th of each month.

Shipping Questions

Q. How do I get my gift once I have completed all the requirements?
A. Once you have completed all the requirements, you must submit your account for verification. We will check yours and your referral offer completions. We will notify you when your account has been verified. If no fraud is detected, a link will be display on the "Account Status" page which will take you through the process of checking out your gift.

Q. When will I receive my gift?
A.You should receive your gift within 5-20 days after the gift is shipped. We may also order your gift from suppliers and websites and let them ship your gift.

Q: What does it mean when an offer is Pending?
We provide the “Pending” feature only as a way for you to track the offers that you’ve done. Just because an offer is Pending does not mean it will be credited, and even if you forget to submit an offer to us, you’ll still receive credit for the offer when the company reports to us.
You may have noticed that it’s possible to submit offers to us (and give them Pending status) even if you haven’t completed them. Remember that you will only be credited for the offer when the advertiser notifies us that you have completed the offer.
Q: How long do offers stay Pending?
An offer stays pending until we receive credit for it or until two weeks have passed. If two weeks have passed without crediting, it will be removed from your Pending list and put back into your Available Offers list so you can complete it. If that same offer is eventually credited to us, we’ll credit your account regardless of whether it’s Pending or not.

Q: I did an offer and I still haven’t received credit. Why?
If you an offer hasn’t credited for you, it’s because we haven’t received credit. If, for any reason, we don’t receive credit from the advertiser, we cannot credit your account. Remember that in most cases offers confirm within a couple of hours, but sometimes they can take days or weeks. We know it’s hard to wait, but try to be patient!

Q: Why would an advertiser withhold credit if I completed the offer?
We understand it’s frustrating to do an offer and not get credit for it—it’s frustrating for us, too! There are a variety of reasons why an advertiser may not credit us for an offer you believe you completed. Here are some of those reasons:

• You didn’t complete the entire offer. If you quit half way through a survey or don’t finish an offer, you won’t be credited. For example, many sites require that you confirm your email address at the end of the registration.

• Fake or inaccurate information was used. If you use fake information when completing an offer, you will not receive credit. Using fake or misleading information is also against our Terms of Service and will result in the termination of your account. If you’re not interested in having a company know your real information, don’t do the offer!

• You’ve done the offer before. Advertisers aren’t interested in paying for the same person to try their product or service multiple times. If you’ve done the offer (or possibly even an offer from the same company) outside of mybabyrewards, we won’t receive credit for it if you do it again.

• You used a gift card or prepaid credit card to do the offer. If you do an offer that requires a credit card, some companies will not credit us if you use a gift card or prepaid credit card. This is because they don’t want you signing up for a trial, only to find that your card gets declined if you continue with them after the trial period.

• You canceled the offer immediately. If you sign-up for a product trial and then immediately cancel your trial, you won’t receive credit. The point of our program is that you get paid to try products and services that you’re interested in. By canceling immediately, you’re indicating that you weren’t even interested to begin with. If you’re not interested in an offer, don’t do it!

Q: I have very few offers available to me. What’s the deal?
Unfortunately the bulk of our offers are only available to those users within the United States. Very few are available to international members at this time. The good news is that we’re starting to see more and more international offers (especially for those of you in Europe and Canada).

Q: What else should I keep in mind when completing offers?
Be sure you read the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other relevant information on an advertiser’s site before you do an offer. While we try to give you a general idea of what an offer is and how much it costs, we can’t guarantee that our information is accurate or up-to-date. Be sure to check for yourself first.

Q: I had a bad experience with one of your advertisers. What should I do?
We do our best to only work with companies who are truthful and up front with our users. If you feel that a company has scammed you (hit you with frivolous charges, for example), please let us know.

Log in to your account and place a support ticket. Supply as much information as possible so we can solve the problem in a timely manner.
